Our team comes from the construction side of the table — twenty-plus years of building commercial spaces across Toronto and the GTA. Restaurants, offices, retail units, warehouses. We priced the jobs, managed the trades, dealt with the change orders, and lived with the consequences of drawings that looked fine on paper but didn't survive contact with a real building.

That experience is the foundation of this firm. Every drawing package we produce is designed twice: once for the plan examiner who has to approve it, and once for the contractor who has to build it. Those are different audiences with different needs, and most drafting firms only serve the first one.
